Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Bridgr ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service. These terms apply to all users of Bridgr, including free and paid subscribers.

2. Description of Service

Bridgr is a business English writing tool designed for Korean professionals. It provides AI-powered rewriting and translation features to help users communicate more effectively in professional English. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time with reasonable notice.

3. User Accounts

You must sign in using a valid email address or a supported social login provider (Google, Kakao, or Naver) to access the Service. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and for all activities that occur under it. You must notify us immediately at privacy@bridgr.app if you suspect any unauthorised use of your account.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service to: • Generate content that is unlawful, harmful, defamatory, or fraudulent • Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or abuse the Service's AI infrastructure • Share your account credentials or resell access to the Service • Violate any applicable laws or regulations We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these conditions without prior notice.

5. Subscriptions and Payments

Bridgr offers a free tier and paid subscription plans (Basic and Pro). Paid plans are billed on a monthly or annual basis through Stripe. All payments are non-refundable except where required by applicable law. You may cancel your subscription at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. You will retain access to paid features until the period ends. Prices may change with at least 30 days' notice to existing subscribers.

6. Intellectual Property

The Bridgr name, logo, and all associated software, designs, and content are the intellectual property of Bridgr and are protected by applicable laws. Text you input into the Service remains your property. Output generated by the Service may be used freely by you for any lawful purpose.

7. Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that AI-generated output is accurate, appropriate, or error-free. You are responsible for reviewing all output before use. Bridgr is not liable for any damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Service, including indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Bridgr's total liability to you for any claim arising from these Terms or your use of the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the three months preceding the claim.

9. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to the Service at any time for violation of these Terms or for any other reason at our discretion. You may delete your account at any time by contacting us at privacy@bridgr.app.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Seoul, Republic of Korea.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via email or in-app notice at least 7 days before taking effect. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
